A: I\'m here for a facial. I made an appointment over the phone for 3:30 today.

J: the facial will start with a thorough cleansing.

A: does it include a facial mask and a massage?

J: yes. We\'ll also apply some of our special day cream that will moisturize our skin and protect it from the sun.
